About Audrey Romano
A native of Albany, New York, Audrey Romano took art courses at Russell Sage College and worked as a graphic artist and illustrator for the New York Telephone company. Her love of nature led her to pursue the art of landscape oil painting and she had the privilege to study under the Renowned Artist Gunther Korus. She is also fortunate to work with an accomplished photographer Mary Lifshin. They often travel through the Adirondacks together looking for the perfect scenes trying to capture the early morning mist.
Audrey’s landscapes have a mystery, mood, and tranquility evoked by the different seasons. She invites her viewers to become emotionally involved. Audrey’s paintings have appeared in a number of national and regional juried exhibitions, as well as having been featured in Artist Magazine. In addition her landscapes can be found in many private and corporate collections throughout the United States.
