Nick is a former jockey of 16 years. As an artist he is best known for his paintings of thoroughbred horses and racing scenes. In addition, Nick paints a variety of subjects and does commissioned works of Art.
He was born in Trinidad, Colorado and grew up 27 miles west of Cheyenne, Wyoming. Nick's Grandfather, the only horseman in the family at the time, introduced him to horses at a young age.
He now lives in Florida as well as upstate New York, near Saratoga Springs. Nick works full time as an artist and he paints a large variety of subjects, in addition to equine art.
